Inline steam cleaning is a compact and powerful solution for the continuous cleaning and degreasing of wires, profiles, sheets and strips within the production line. Thanks to SATURNO steam technology, the process offers economical and environment-friendly advantages over conventional cleaning processes.

In a specially designed continuous cleaning chamber, saturated dry steam is directed at high temperature and up to 12 bar pressure directly onto the surface of the material passing through. Cleaning takes place contactless, quick and almost residue-free. The chamber is individually tailored to geometry, throughput and production speed.

• Throughput speed up to > 60m/min
• Processable material widths up to 160 cm (for example, sheets, strips)
• Precise height adjustment and nozzle tuning
• Interchangeable inner chambers for easy product changeovers
• Optional: Addition of cleaning additives, if required
