Industrial steam cleaning for systems, machines and work pieces
Industrial steam cleaning with saturated dry steam offers an efficient and cost-effective way to clean production facilities, machines, work pieces and components. The process uses steam with up to 12 bar pressure and temperatures of up to 188 degrees Celsius in the boiler, enabling fast and thorough cleaning with less water consumption – often without chemical additives.
Operating principle and technology
When water is heated, steam with a significantly larger volume is produced. Our steam cleaning systems generate the so-called saturated steam, which is particularly effective at high pressure and high temperature. Steam gets into even hard-to-reach areas and is therefore suitable for complex systems and components. Temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius are made available at the nozzle. Thanks to the high steam temperature, the surfaces dry quite fast and are quickly ready for use again.
